Use case: card machines dropping during busy service

A bar has intermittent card terminal faults at peak times. The payment supplier sees the terminal reconnecting but cannot explain why. We check Wi‑Fi coverage, network separation, router health, access point placement and fallback options, then document the changes so future faults can be traced properly.

Use case: CCTV exists but does not capture usable evidence

The venue has cameras, but the till angle is poor, the beer garden has a blind spot and nobody is sure how long footage is retained. We review camera placement, recorder health, time/date accuracy, hard drive status, remote access and priority upgrade areas.
