  • CCTV blind spots around till, entrance, stock areas and outside spaces
  • Recorder health, retention period, remote access and app access
  • Whether the venue has a sensible fallback if internet fails
  • What should be fixed now versus planned as a later upgrade

Do you replace our EPOS or work with what we already have?

Usually we start by supporting the network, devices and workflow around the EPOS. If the EPOS itself needs replacing, we can help scope that, but a lot of faults are actually Wi‑Fi, cabling, printer or access problems.

Can you help if the previous supplier controls the passwords?

Yes. We can help map what access is missing, recover what can be recovered, request handover details properly, and rebuild control where needed.

Is this only for pubs?
